Access Employment Limited – AEL

AEL is a social enterprise which provides our trainees with live work experience, via our in-house social enterprises and also with external employers, educational qualifications, one to one mentoring support and the opportunity to learn valuable life skills. We also provide opportunities for fun and recreational activities via our fortnightly Social Club and our Heroes Plus Programme

We support young people and adults aged 15+, with and without additional needs. We promote inclusion and want our trainees to have the same rights of passage as everyone else.
