BCDA Ltd is committed to improving the quality of life for local residents with a particular emphasis on those who may be feeling isolated. BCDA Ltd is committed to enhancing the character and reputation of the village of Ballygally and to improving the local amenities. BCDA Ltd operates from Ballygally Hall and from this venue provides the local community with a wide range of classes and courses to suit all residents and age groups. BCDA Ltd has organised coffee mornings and lunches, fairs, seasonal events and outings in addition to offering an epansive range of classes from yoga, pilates and dance exercise to ballet, bridge, table tennis and art classes.
A BCDA Youth group was established in 2023 to consider ways in which younger members of the community can contribute and improve the quality of those living in Ballygally. This group has the ability to much more effectively tap into the needs of the younger residents of the area with the intention of providing activities and events that are more appropriately geared towards them. They look for ways in which they can contribute and play an active role for people of all ages living in the Ballygally vicinity.
