Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) is a community engagement charity empowering people of goodwill to work together for safer, stronger communities. ROC brings together local community and voluntary groups, church and faith-based organisations, schools, statutory agencies and residents, celebrating the great work already happening whilst identifying needs and gaps in provision and finding solutions to meet these. Following the ROC Conversation event in May 2019, the multi-agency ROC Larne Action Group was formed. The Action Group meets regularly, building stronger community connections and delivering community initiatives to reduce needs. Projects include: family mentoring programme, Winter Coat Project, Mental Health Events as well as one off community events.
